How do wallet deposits work?+
Your customer opens a FirePay payment page, copies the wallet number, pays in the wallet app, then submits the TrxID. FirePay matches the transfer automatically and updates order status — then notifies your server by webhook.
What is TrxID matching?+
TrxID matching verifies the customer’s transaction ID against the actual wallet transfer so your team does not rely on screenshots or manual chat confirmation.
Can I process withdrawals to customer wallets?+
Yes. FirePay supports API-driven withdrawals/payouts to supported Bangladesh wallets with status tracking and callbacks.
Do you provide a developer API?+
