Effective 2026← Back to Home
01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between FirePay Solution and its Merchant for conducting transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, balance settlements, and related processes. By acting as a Merchant, you agree to comply with all arrangements herein.

02

Acceptance of this Agreement

By registering and operating as a FirePay Merchant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance may result in restricted access, temporary service suspension, or permanent termination.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the FirePay Solution.

Upon signing or joining, we accept the volume of transactions received and sent every day.

03

FirePay Limited Liability

FirePay will not be held liable for any kind of transaction generated from online scam or cheating.

04

Merchant Rights and Responsibility

Deposit transactions

  • We will keep our channel active in order to receive deposit transactions. We promise to offer our best service within our limits.
  • FirePay will update operation hours in the Telegram channel.
  • We will request full cooperation to avoid fake transactions from the Merchant side.
  • Any missing transaction or funds we are committed to resolve on an as-soon-as-possible basis. We may request video proof for verification purposes.
  • FirePay will take liability for any missing transactions for 7 days. A user must claim any transactions within 7 days.
  • If the missing fund was not received, the agent will provide a voicemail within 2 days (48 hours) as proof.
  • FirePay will not take liability if a user transfers to the wrong account or a frozen account that FirePay once removed from our website.

Withdrawal transactions

  • FirePay prefers to reduce balances through withdrawal transactions, and will process withdrawal transactions as per request from merchants within our operation hours.
  • If a Merchant needs extra withdrawal support, the Merchant may need to top up funds using crypto or banking.

Daily and monthly reports

  • The Merchant is liable to check daily and monthly reports from their back office at any time.

Settlement request & payment proof policy

  • A Merchant can request balance settlement using Crypto USDT once a day.
  • Settlement requests should be made at least one day earlier (T+1). Night-time notice may be given to FirePay for the next-day settlement.
  • Only D+0 settlement is possible if a Merchant can receive funds in personal wallets (B2P). Agents will cash in personal wallets. Payout charges will be applicable.
  • Once a settlement request is made, FirePay must verify the request from a second account in that group across two different channels (WhatsApp and Telegram) to avoid security issues.
  • Currency exchange rate will be provided to the settlement group on an agreed basis following the Standard Market Rate (bulk rate at Binance / following other exchangers).
  • Upon completion of the payment, a valid proof of transaction (e.g. receipt or payment slip) must be submitted by/to FirePay.
  • The submitted proof must clearly show all relevant payment details, including: total amount paid; date and time of transaction; reference or transaction ID; and any applicable fees or charges.
  • The Merchant side will bear the transaction fees or charges only if they are clearly reflected in the submitted proof.

Frozen funds by wallet companies

  • There is probable cause to believe that funds might be frozen randomly by government authority. Under those circumstances, we will do everything we can to reach out to the e-wallet company for a refund request. That may take 1 or even 2 months to collect the funds back. We appreciate your patience while we settle funds (approximately 30 days).
05

Services Termination Notice

Once a Merchant starts to use FirePay services, both parties reserve the right to terminate the agreement with 1 month (30 days) prior notice in advance.

Failing to comply with prior notice may result in restricted access, temporary service suspension, or freezing of funds.

06

Disclaimers

Important

If an account is frozen, investigated, or subjected to judicial proceedings due to member complaints, scams, fraud, or transactions from other illegal websites, we will terminate the agreement, and you will be responsible for the losses.
